Privacy Policy

Yeung Money is a private, invite-only web app built to coordinate Wilfred Yeung’s bachelor party in Las Vegas, April 23–26, 2026. It is not a commercial product and is not available to the general public. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Google account info. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
  • Trip details you provide. Flight times, hotel nights, dietary notes, and similar self-entered information you add to your attendee profile.
  • App usage data. Basic server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) generated by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

How we use it

  • Authenticate you and confirm you’re on the invite list.
  • Display your name, photo, and travel details to other attendees of the same trip.
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the app.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties outside the service providers listed below.

Service providers

The app is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) to store data. Google’s sign-in flow is used for authentication. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Data retention

Account and trip data are retained while the app is active. After the event concludes we may archive or delete data at our discretion. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below.

Your choices

You can revoke the app’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request correction or deletion of your data, email us.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
